Several small busbars at the top of the screen

The problem is usually caused by a graphics driver glitch, display scaling issue, stuck maximized-window state, or a hardware acceleration bug—not by the app itself. The good news: you can usually fix it in a few minutes without reinstalling Windows. A white bar across the top of File Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, or other Windows apps can make the title bar, tabs, address bar, ribbon, or buttons impossible to use. You can disable it by going to Settings > System > Multitasking, expanding Snap windows, and then unchecking "Show snap layouts when I drag a window to the top of my screen. The bar is not usable, and nothing happens even when you right-click it. The Snap windows feature in Windows allows you to automatically resize and arrange windows on your screen.
