Ukrainian Flame Retardant Polymer Cable Trays

How to bend polymer cable trays

Cut wires with B-Line Angular Bolt Cutter, bend to create a bend, tee, or reducer. The Offset Blade Cutter produces a clean cut. Before bending a cable tray, it is crucial to prepare it properly. This involves a few essential steps to ensure a successful bending process. This step-by-step fabrication process shows how cable trays are shaped perfectly to fit electrical installations in industrial and commercial projects. You can buy a manufactured 90 degree bend or make one on a cable tray bending machine but in this video I show you how to make on. The bends, tees, crosses, risers and reducers of wire mesh cable tray can be easily and quickly made live at the project by using a bolt cutter. The amount of tray lip to be removed is equal to 2, 3/4 the width of the tray, half of this measurement will be removed on either side of the centre line.
