Cost of Fireproof Cable Trays in Mali

Fireproof cable trays in Mali typically range from $20 to $150 per meter, depending on material, type, and fire rating.

Cost Overview

Fireproof cable trays are available in metallic (galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum) and non-metallic (FRP, resin-glass fiber) materials. Prices vary based on: Material: Stainless steel and copper trays are more expensive due to corrosion resistance and conductivity, while galvanized steel and aluminum are moderately priced. Type: Ladder, perforated, wire mesh, and solid-bottom trays differ in cost.

Ladder trays are common for heavy loads, while wire mesh trays are lighter and more flexible. Fireproofing: Trays with intumescent coatings or mineral insulation for high fire resistance cost more than standard fire-resistant trays. Load capacity and size: Wider or thicker trays designed for heavy cable bundles increase the price.

Estimated Price Range

Basic galvanized steel ladder tray: $20–$40 per meterAluminum or perforated steel tray: $35–$70 per meterStainless steel or FRP tray with high fire rating: $80–$150 per meter Local suppliers in Mali offer competitive pricing, and bulk orders may reduce costs. Importing specialized trays may increase the price due to shipping and customs fees.

Additional Considerations

Installation: Modular designs reduce labor costs, but professional installation is recommended for fire-rated systems. Compliance: Ensure trays meet IEC 60332, NFPA 70, or local fire safety codes for critical infrastructure. Environmental factors: Coastal or chemical-exposed sites may require corrosion-resistant materials, affecting cost.

For precise pricing, it is advisable to contact local suppliers in Mali or request quotes from international distributors who ship to Mali, specifying the tray type, material, length, and fire rating required.
